Zhangjiagang East Ocean Technical Fabric Co.,Ltd was established in 1996, Company locates in clean and beautiful Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province,P.R.China, adjacent to Shanghai, Suzhou and Wuxi. It takes 1 hour to arrive the cities mentioned above.
Company professionally produces all kinds of special industrial-used fabric, owns one-dragon production process of spinning, weaving and dipping processing. Company is the main manufacture for all kinds of light and thin high strength fabric. Main products include high-end bicycle cord fabric, monofilament chafer, nylon chafer, conveyor belt used canvas. We also manufacture special rubber products used fabric like rubber belt, pipe and plate, and high strength fabric for PVC, PU products, all kinds of lamination used high strength foundation fabric, high strength monofilament. Production capacity now is 800 tons/year of monofilament chafer, 500 tons/year of nylon chafer, 1000 tons/year of high-end bicycle cord fabric, 300 tons/year of conveyor belt used canvas, and 800 tons/year of other industrial used fabric.
Main production equipments of the company are 2 imported monofilament spinning machines, 2 dipping machines and 50 imported arrow-shaft weaving machines.
As qualified supplier for Michelin tire, Bridgestone Tire, Pirelli Tire,Sumitomo Rubber, Hankook Tire, Taiwan ChengShin Tire,Zhongce Rubber.
Our company is one of the national standard-setters of China's tire cord fabric and tire chafer. Company organizes design, development and production process strictly in accordance with Japan Tire Manufacture Quality Guarantee System and trains, educates and tests the staffs regularly.
